  This place was recommended by a close friend, but I didn't have a great experience with this company. At the time when I was looking for an apt, I was pregnant and desperately looking for an apt before I gave birth. They found me an apt and I was ready to go, I packed up my apt, and then sat living in boxes for months because they failed to update me about the apt becoming unavailable. I gave birth in the middle of all of this and had to bring my child into this situation. It was stressful and a terrible experience. I called and called and nothing. Freddie (the owner )wasn't any help during this time, then finally Manny stepped up and helped me. He was extremely helpful (At first) in finding me an apt, but he failed to find me what I asked for. After moving into the apt, I quickly realized that he didn't know the building or location that well, and If he did know, he failed to advise me about it. The building turned out to be extremely noisey. Dirty, and not a working class building like I requested. Then I researched the landlord and it turns out he's considered one of the worst landlords the Bronx. Now I completely understand that the Bronx is not the best, but what bothers me is the fact that I pay almost 2,000 in rent and have no peace of mind in this apt Manny recommended. Then he told me that if I had any issues with the apt, to call him. I did and am still waiting for a call (It's been months) I don't understand how realtors can treat paying clients in this way.
