  I learned the hard way to not sign blank documents. Also - was told one month brokers fee and then last minute told -sorry it's month and a half - make sure to get any and all agreements in writing. Unfortunately they do not follow through on what they promise .The only broker is the owner - his workers are only agents that tell lies and do not follow through on their word . Bad business . Highly recommend TO STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere . YOU MUST GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING !!!
